1. Explanation of the structure of this privacy policy

In this Privacy and Cookie Policy, we describe for each service which personal data The Movie Store processes about you in order to provide you with this specific service and what that means exactly. Sometimes we need an email address for a certain service (such as the newsletter). In that case, this is stated in the section on "newsletter", with an explanation of which data we process and for which purposes. NAW data is required for other services, in which case this is indicated in the section on "sales" about which data we process and for which purposes.

2. What data do we process and how do we get there?

If you purchase items from The Movie Store's website, we will ask you for NAW information. We put your NAW data in a file in our secure environment.  

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will store your email address in a file in our secure environment.

3. For what purposes does The Movie Store process your data?

Delivering your order
For your order we need your name, email address, address(es), payment details and sometimes your phone number. This allows us to deliver your order and keep you informed about your order. We also give your details to others when necessary for an order, for example to delivery services. We require our delivery services to treat your information as carefully as we do.

Your account
In "my account", we store, among other things, the following information: your name, address(es), telephone number, e-mail address, delivery details and information provided. It's handy, because you don't have to enter these data again and again. We also keep details of your previous orders so that you can easily find them. You can also sign up for the newsletter here. We love reviews. And so do our customers. If you want to write a review, you can choose whether your personal data or your name will be visible to other visitors.

Contests
